Now available in Canada, the Moulton is the most distinctive bicycle on the planet. Dissatisfied with the classic bicycle, Dr. Moulton designed a truly unisex bicycle with massive acceleration (which is what you need in the city) and small enough to take inside. While being a fantastic city bike, the Moulton was the first ever production bicycle with active front and rear suspension, and is comfortable on long rides too (heck, there’s a Moulton touring club in the UK). The unique “space frame” is highly rigid, yet very light. This is an engineering masterpiece, which may be why the Manhattan MOMA has a Moulton on permanent exhibit.
